Reality is personal to each individual. They use the highjacked ego against you, influencing the follower to choose what 'they' want for themselves. It's a huge trap.

This sounds 'good' but has little to do with the facts of truths. The so called 'elite' have acquired their wealth by being PARASITES and living of other people honest hard labour! The services and goods are WAY overcharged, the profit margins of many goods are WAY overcharged (have you learned that it takes only $ 10 to make an Iphone which they are selling for thousands of dollars 🙃) so they are not smart, they are greedy and they know how to manipulate the stupid masses to pay such a huge amount for such a cheap product!
they don't just have access to information they are born into wealth so you shouldn't make it seem like ordinary people can be like them. They are a different breed all together.

The “elite” are successful simply because they are better connected, nothing to do with any secret technique. They keep the power and influence “in the family”, so to speak. Sure, they’re better educated generally and inculcated with good discipline and habits mostly. But their main advantage has always been networking amongst a more or less closed set.

I have seen this. People will have one personality for church another for work another for their family and another for friends and social interactions. You don't see this because you don't interact with them in all their diffrent personas. This is true also for narccissic people and psycopaths. But you don't have to be one to do this. They are like chameleons. This can be a good thing or bad depending.
What if we r already where and who we want but others dont see it?
You really should dig deeper, these people should not be emulated.. its not Velcro identity its dissociative personality disorder created through extreme trauma and torture.
