I apologise for this question, I'm from the UK. I have heard the name John Ratcliffe but cannot remember any previous positions he has held, I just know he has a good reputation.

Yup, here's the puppet show for the peeps and the press while the "closed session" will undoubtedly cover "Top Secret" missions reguarding foreign intelligence but also the continued illegal spying on US citizens and how it goes unchallenged. Or media psy-ops and propagada programs, Govt indoctrination of our children in schools, violence/intimidation against citizens, attacking our food sources and finances, CIAs involvment in drug smuggling, gun running, human trafficking within and outside our borders, assassinations, ARSON….
