About This Channel
Hello To All And Welcome To My Channel. This Channel covers trials and criminal cases that are in the media. Justice is often looked at as an outcome. This is because the media and lawyers focus on Justice for the self serving purposes that apply to their interests. However. Justice is the process and it’s actually what makes our country the greatest on earth. We will be approaching cases from that perspective and looking at the process not the outcome to determine if justice has been served. My father was a renowned criminal defense attorney so I spent my childhood working in his law office and seeing the perspective of a defense attorney. I also got to see the justice system from the perspective of a family member of a criminal defendant as well. I have served on a jury (as foreperson) and have watched court for most of my life. It is through these experiences I bring a unique perspective to criminal cases and will share my thoughts and analysis on this channel!

Alicia fletcher beautiful
I have high expectation from the prosecution in this case! I hope it won’t disappoint, not a word about the baby only about herself and confort
Tape from homicide officer not really clear.
This is a tragedy but I don't believe the grandmother deserves 30 years in prison which is a possible sentence for aggravated manslaughter.
Who chose that CRAZY looking thumbnail for this video? Weird. It makes the officer look like a villain.
the second grandbaby she lost in her care
she has to live with that for the rest of her life
2 dead babies doesn’t constitute an accident.
Am I missing something or is the grandfather a little culpable? In both cases, he was involved in that his handoff of the children was lacking. He should also be held accountable.
The audacity to plead that she can’t be there and say things like “or just arrest me”
The daughter should also be held accountable also dumping her child on her mother alot of the time , knowing she had memory problems and alot of medications they failed to bring up whilst at court
I would not want to look after any ones kid after watching this 💜 heart breaking the daughter dumped her child alot of the time pay a baby sitter
