Wow! All I was gonna suggest is that if you do the tier 0.5 quest on one toon then it becomes account wide. Any alts you cap could just then go buy the 0.5 set(s). This is way more than I expected

I suppose it makes sense in a temporary server, but this would put a LOT of people off playing if it was a permanent server (which is what the vast majority want).

I have just dinged my 4th character in SoD, I am really enjoying the game right now. So easy to get gold, easy to get mounts, easy to find raids. Best WoW has been in a long time for me!
Catch up mecanis are one of the reasons why I stopped playing retail. Tbh im Not a fan of it

a key factor of classic is old raid gear and items are powerful enough that it is worth doing multiple different raids a week. idk how anyone who understand classic sees this as remotely a good thing. they just nuked halfl of their own content for the sake of a catchup mechanic that is already in place naturally.
sod is basically just classic retail now. devs decided to copy ascension instead of turtle wow so the classes are all messed up and now are adding retail elements. thats why fresh is doing much better. i hope they learn from their player numbers literally anything from this though i highly doubt it and we will just keep seeing playercount numbers dwindle.

Easy is not better imo sod is not classic, is a mix of classic and retail. Its good or bad ? its different.
