In this episode of Blind Ranking, Daily Mail challenges Juan, a Colombian coffee expert and co-owner of Carnival Coffee Roasters, to blindly taste and rank a selection of mystery mugs on a tier list from S, A, B, C, D to E. Blindfolded, Juan reveals the truth behind Colombian coffee exports, from green beans to light and dark roasts, including the intricacies of cracking, Italian roasts, caffeine levels, and even the role of Civet cats. Over three rounds, featuring a range of coffees from instant to pre-ground to whole beans, and spanning budget-friendly to high-end options, Juan gives us the inside scoop on which brews make the grade and which leave a bitter aftertaste.

Perfect!
