  1. Nonsense, Giorgia signed an agreement with Russia, which was extremely beneficial for it. Giorgia wasn't a colony, it was a partner. Giorgian people weren't "second class citizens", that's a sheer liy and propaganda

  2. It's technically not a /misuse/ of the ballet score, but I question whoever decided that overlying spooky sound effects over the Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy at the beginning was the correct direction for this video.

  3. Historian says there were warlords with their own private armies. I'm clearly he doesn't keep up with current or not so current events. Just because they have a headquarters and sell services to the government doesn't change the fact that Russia still has warlords. They have boots on the ground as we speak.

  4. This should be called history hacks.
The tsar that carried out pogroms, who shot unarmed peaceful protestors who gathered to ask for concessions as they were starving. Who took Russia into war that bought the country to its knees. The Bolsheviks held them prisoner and were instructed to shoot them as the whites were closing in and they did not want to risk them being freed, by the enemy for obvious reasons

These people are hacks. The Bolsheviks were voted to the head of the Soviets with 90% of the vote on a programme of insurrection. tHIS INCLUDED OVER TURNING CAPITALIST PROPERTY RIGHTS THAT ALLOWED FOR AN IMMEDITE WITHDRAWAL FROM THE WAR.

They attempted to get other beligents to pull out with them, but capitalist private property rights are what war is about.

So the Bolsheviks pull out of the war, and 6 months later 130,000 western troops invade, because their leaders don't like the idea of socialism, just like the USA does today, and some how the Bolsheviks are the despots. The despots had women ministers in government, equal pay for women, gay marriage was legal, and free caches. Public Kitchens and laundries so the women were not slave to the home

The western clocksuckers invade, and the pyschopath Stalin manages to grab power as everyone else is fighting the war…..and the Bolsheviks are the bad guys.
The Bolshevik party of 1917 is the most democratic party to have ever existed

The murdering despots have always been the west. The Ukrain war is a US proxy war to break up the Ru8ssian federation and to seize its resources. America is worse than Nazi Germany ever was. Westerners are plain stupid

Ukraine: Zbig's Grand Chessboard & How the West Was Checkmated May 1, 2015
Zbigniew Brzezinski's The Grand Chessboard: American Primacy and Its Geostrategic Imperatives has long been the operative canon for State Department Hawks, Neoconservatives and Russophobes. The endgame for the West, via these moves, has always been to quash Russian and ostensibly Chinese independence, economic viability and, thus, their ability to project power in Eurasia. https://www.amazon.com/Ukraine-Zbigs-Grand-Chessboard-Checkmated/dp/0996174079

The significance of Ukraine on the geopolitical chessboard. Thu 20 Mar 2014
The Grand Chessboard, written in 1997 by Zbigniew Brzezinski, argues that the US had to take control of a number of strategic countries, including Ukraine, arguing that that country is "a new and important space on the Eurasian chessboard, is a geopolitical pivot because its very existence as an independent country (means) Russia ceases to be a Eurasian empire". https://www.theguardian.com/world/2014/mar/20/significance-ukraine-geopolitical-chessboard

The Eurasian Chessboard: Brzezinski Mapped Out “The Battle for Ukraine” in 1997
Why would the United States run the risk of siding with anti-Semitic, neo-Nazis in Ukraine? One of the keys may be found by looking back at Zbigniew Brzezinski’s 1997 book, The Grand Chessboard in which he wrote, “Ukraine, a new and important space on the Eurasian chessboard, is a geopolitical pivot because its very existence as an independent country helps to transform Russia. Without Ukraine, Russia ceases to be a Eurasian empire.” https://www.globalresearch.ca/the-eurasian-chessboard-brzezinski-mapped-out-the-battle-for-ukraine-in-1997/5373707

Ukraine Is a Pawn on the Grand Chessboard. 22 Apr 2022
Zbigniew Brzezinski’s book, The Grand Chessboard, was published 25 years ago. His assumptions and strategies for maintaining ‘U.S. global dominance’ have been hugely influential in US foreign policy. As the conflict in Ukraine evolves, with the potential of escalating into world war, we can see where this policy leads and how crucial it is to re-evaluate. https://just-international.org/articles/ukraine-is-a-pawn-on-the-grand-chessboard/

  5. At least there was a happy ending regarding the Russian aristocrats! Well, it's not a happy ending FOR the aristocracy… but the people getting their justice was a nice change of pace. Nobody pauses when poor kids die, but for some reason we're expected to hold the masses to a higher standard & find the deaths of noble kids as abhorrent? Yeah. Never going to happen.

  6. Most historians identify Trotsky, not Stalin or even Lenin as the principal organizer of the October 1917 coup. Trotsky persuaded the Petrograd Soviet and the All-Union Congress of Soviets to form a seven man "Military Revolutionary Committee<' which Trotsky dominated. This committee served as the military headquarters for the coup, and commanded the army, navy and Red Guard forces that carried it out. He also mobilized the Red Guards and the pro-Bolshevik workers and soldiers to support the coup with a series of inspiring, dramatic speeches. Most other historians havelittletosay about Stalin's role in the coup.
