    My response:
    1. Good Health is normal, right, and achievable. (mankind would not have survived a few 100,000 years without Good Health protecting us).
    2. We are all different therefore my optimal Good Health is not the same (probably similar) as your optimal Good Health (due to genetic and epigenetic influences etc. etc.).
    3. Optimising each person's Good Health requires quality food (excluding junk, sugar, seed oils, manufactured crap food :: including free range meat, healthy natural fats, and some carbs) plus age related exercise plus stress management. We need some stress = motivation, innovation, productivity etc. BUT we also need rest and recuperation (sleep) time. {Steven Covey 7 principles}.
    3a.) Insulin Resistance is BIG in this regard.
    4. Medicine is necessary in emergencies, life-threatening diseases, permanent injuries etc. Great, absolutely great, to have modern medicine, operating theaters and skills etc. for such circumstances. {From sniffles to flu, to scarlet fever, to cystic fibrosis, to broken fingers to heart transplants etc etc}
    5. Objective must always be to return the patient to their optimal Good Health – providing the greatest protections possible from the dangerous things of just being alive. This aspect is seldom found in modern medical practice IMO
    6 Chronic-Non-Communicable-Disease {CNCD} is overall killing more people prematurely than any other cause. CNCD is largely self inflicted through Bad lifestyle leading to Avoidable and Unnecessary premature death.

Ac., D.Hom., D.O., or anybody other than an obtuse, arrogant, pill pushing snake oil salesman, a usurper of the word medicine, a white robed priest of a false religion whose god is money, a lethal obligate parasite.

  33. If it was in my means to support you you or anyone who lost their job, because of this pandemic .
    After 34 years and 10 months I quit mid sift from a Cathlab and private hospital in South Africa.
    I couldn't take the lies anymore ,while young people came in with "heart attacks" and severe reaction from medication like never before, wearing a bracelet "proudly vax"

    Where do I go and what can I do for income and away from people who still believe these lies.

    None of the hospitals managers phone me.. 13 November 2021.
    Even my familie thinks I am mentally wrong.
