💯❤ I've avoided people alot over the years because of my anxious, negative, depressive tendencies, I can smile but I had a deep knowing that they would just know and I didn't want to pass it on . Been really working on my energy this last year after a break down in health and then an awakening. I feel I can pick up and have been absorbing others energies all my life. Interesting since I've been working on protecting mine, everyone around me gets ill and down now where as it was always me! I'm feeling pretty good mostly😊 still avoid people somewhat though as I do need alot of time alone to decompress. I think I may have Adhd! Or something! I too feel medication would take a way a part of me, so not keen to try, should my diagnosis comes back as it been the case! I find it hard when I pick up mixed messages. When I feel into it afterwards it feels like I pick up their or mine wounds or limiting beliefs. I am working on making these visible for myself, but others don't always want that. Is there a way to communicate in a way that they are not offended? Communication is a struggle for me. Sometimes when people send resentment to me, it feels the only thing I can give back is being in my own truth.
A few years back I was in the Olympics on a backpacking trip sitting quietly at my gorgeous campsite when a hawk landed on a branch near me. I bid it good morning and it continued to hang out. I said a few other things occasionally while it moved around the perimeter of my camp. After a few minutes he took off. About thirty minutes later, as I was still sitting there, it came right over my head, almost down to the ground, took a hard turn to the left and then followed the river and disappeared. I’ve had a lot of interaction with wildlife of all kinds. They seem very aware of energy. I know elk herds who know me and ignore me during hunting season. I always talk to the animals, because I love them. ❤

In reality, we are of Mother Earth. She is our Home and our Sustenance. We are connected *"With Her"*. And in turn, we are connected With Each Other. Our connection with Her is from our Heart Center through our Cord. And we protect ourselves as we make & hold shields or bubbles.
When you Ground, make your protective shield at the same time – it will be infused with the Heart – With Love. So this will surround you at all times. And others you come into contact with will get a dose of your Love Energy. It will automatically keep you present in a state of Love coz you have surrounded yourself with a protective Love Bubble that is in constant connection with Mother Earth and simultaneously with Mother Earth.

The fact you understand soemthing that others don't, they get offended. I deal with that In the matrix all the time. Just cuz I understand something they don't doesn't mean I think I'm better than them! Infact they prob think that about others. People tell on themselves all the time… And actually act offended when u call them out 😂
