Hows it going everyone! This is a video explaining why the Obsidian Codex may actually be one of the worst options for Mavuika. Especially at C6, taking in the consideration that she needs to be using her skill to get the effect of the codex with its crit rate. Her skill applies so much pyro every 2-3 seconds, even more so at C6, that getting melt using the Obsidian Codex with her burst especially at C6 feels more of a chore and gamble, let me show you in this Video why its a problem.

Not only does Furina give you the option to let you apply Melt whenever you like, But she also lets you choose weather you want to Vape OR Melt! If you have Furina at C1 i honestly think having Furina on your team is a more comfortable option!

Mavuika doesn't need to use her skill to proc the crit rate buff of Codex. I just tested it. It's way more consistent to get melts by not using her skill.
Another issue is that Furina will kill melts on bosses that cannot be frozen as she'll remove the cryo aura.
