my sonic 3 movie experience was a friend and i in the biggest theatre the cinema had, with 2 other people who left about 30 minutes in and a fire alarm in the building about halfway through (the movie paused, it was very weird for the movie to pause).
we both struggled to not make snapcube references throughout despite it literally being JUST US in the theatre

(Also you can bring him, gun agent, a 5 year old, and god those who else to another dimension cause when you talk to them they are counted as quest objects and you can just bring them everywhere for the whole story

I got to see the Sonic 3 movie early (the day before official release) so there weren’t many people in the theatre with us, and, thankfully, all of them were very respectful and quiet during the movie
The only time people got a bit louder (to where I noticed at least) was during the credits, cuz y’know, that’s normal
Mid credits scene got a bunch of people cheering (myself included), same with post credits scene (which was more like “oh thank goodness I knew it” than cheering but, yeah)
