I am building this guitar sculpture completely from scrap objects and pieces of a broken guitar. My next one will be fully functional with bluetooth onboard, built in speaker, effects, and completely set up to play.
I am creating this piece with my #forneyindustries 270MIG and 220ACDC welders.
Stay tuned as I get this piece finished. It is lit with amber lighting inside, the phono jack is actually the plug in adapter to hang this piece on the wall for ambient lighting. The rotary switch on the front that says “illuminate” activates the interior LEDs.
Made from: metal warehouse shelves, a vintage metal mirror frame, antique hand mixer, moped flywheel cover, copper water pipe, gears from my old drill that died two years ago, hardware, a large bearing and cage, pieces of an outdoor antique chair, a few random pieces salvaged from an old guitar body, a silver platter, and more fun stuff.
