  1. For anyone who's watched Breaking Bad, there was a little wink and nod to that show when Daryl took some pills out of Merle's stash for T-Dog — there was some blue meth in that bag.

  8. The dialog and storyline is probably why the series is so popular and enjoyable. Ordinarily I would never have watched shows like this, but got hooked after viewing the first 2 episodes.

  11. If there ever was a situation like this, be sure to carry a good melee weapon so you don't have to shoot the zombies and attract more Zombies. Also carry a bow, crossbow, or sling type weapon. Why was Darrel the only character who thought of using a crossbow. You can get quiet ranged weapons and machetes and armor at many stores.

  13. I just want to point out how heavily frank darabont influened the early days of this show. Andrea, carol and dale were all in The Mist together and a lot of their roles in that movie carried into the first three seasons.

    My biggest ’what the h***’ moment was why in the world Sophia (being such a shy, scared kid) would even climb out from under the vehicle before getting a signal from an adult, let alone leave the river hiding spot pretty much right after Rick turns away, 🤨😏
    The second ‘what the h***’ moment was Shane, knowing and saying they were short on water, yet proceeded to take a bath, 😏
    Andrea is such a ding bat, at this point I just kept hoping she would change my mind, though I was on Andrea’s side about the gun, it is not for anyone to decide that for someone, in a situation like this, if they truly want to die, there is nothing anyone can do or say, they will find a way, you can only give your opinion, pray that if they do, they do it without endangering others and hope for the best.
    A lot of people miss it, but when Rick is carrying Carl into the house, Hershel tells Patricia, Otis’s (the hunter) wife who helps Hershel, to grab his Foal Kit which means he is a Veterinarian, 👍🙂
    Lori upset me a tad bit when she started questioning Hershel on being qualified, my personal opinion is that when one is in an apocalypse, anyone with any kind of medical knowledge is valuable and they were lucky enough to find someone with it, 😏

  20. I'm so excited to watch your reactions to this show. It's one of THE best of all times. You haven't seen anything yet! It's an emotional roller-coaster in the best way. It's up there with GoT. But so different.
    You should do Handmaid's Tale.
    Those 3 shows rank as epic.

  25. Lori doubted Hershel's ability to operate on Carl but having a country vet in that crisis really was a major blessing. Vets have extensive surgical training and being a farm vet for some 30 years, he had tons of experience. Whereas people doctors are highly specialized. A surgeon would have extensive surgical training but a regular gp would not have nearly as much. If you have to risk letting someone cut into your kid & fish out fragments, they could have done far worse.

  27. Dale is the character that pissed me off the most. He drives a POS RV, and didn't think to go to a RV dealership to trade up, fuel up everybody, and take all the parts. Hell, there's at least 15 RV dealerships between Warner Robins and Atlanta along I-75 cause I've driven to ATL 1 too many times, LOL. With GA 400, I-85, I-20, and I-16, and they didn't pass not one RV dealership, Dale is a stupid Georgian and sentimental as hell, which endangers the group at all times.
