Deion and his son : I don’t want them in Vegas. This potential hire is all hype.
I think Shedeur will be good, but I’m out on Deion. Shedeur was one of the more accurate QBs over the past several years behind terrible offensive lines and multiple offensive coordinators. He has shown that he can be clutch and that he is tough. He is a smart QB and athletic enough. Ask TB12 if that’s a recipe for success.
I also think he has the right mindset. Raised well. Mature for his age. He has a great support system around him and I think that matters. Stick him in the film room with the GOAT once a week and he will be fine. I’m not saying he’s a slam dunk, but I wouldn’t mind him in Silver & Black.

Not sure why fans dont like deion as a coach? He seems really good leader, great seeing the chargers lose and herbert,i was down on stroud but his running was really key in the game. Hopefully the bills mop the broncos up

Man, I’m not getting my hopes up about Johnson. Too much history of the Raiders reported as the favorite to acquire a player or coach and us as fans think it’s a done deal. Then the bottom falls out of it and the Raiders don’t get that person and we’re all left disappointed constantly talking about the almost and what could have or should have been’s. Stroud, Jayden, Harbaugh..etc. i think it’ll be Carrol. I don’t see Johnson coming here. I’ll believe it when I see it…..shit, ima get my hopes up again aren’t I?

He will over see the staff. But just like josh McDaniels. Doesn't means he's going to have a good at putting together his own team. I hope there's more interviews and more insight. Steve Spagnola would remind me of the Bill Callahan debacle with the Super Bowl against John Griffin. Do not take a Chiefs coach and have them sabotage a potential Super Bowl his roots run deep with the Chiefs. That’s where he should stay. I love the Chiefs Steve Magnolia has done a great job with that team. Would I like him to leave and weaken the cheese yes, but I don’t think he would be a great Raiders higher the only great Raiders I see is Ben Johnson above Pete Carroll above Bill Belichick, Tom Coughlin, or even a young Bill Callahan the only coach I would try to pry away from the team other than Ben Johnson would potentially be a Mike Tomlin, which is probably impossible to do anyway
