An arrest has been made after three people were shot and killed at two different locations in Greenville, North Carolina on Friday, according to Pitt County officials.
The suspected shooter, 55-year-old David Lever, is a real estate broker and business owner in Greenville, NBC affiliate WITN reported.
On Friday, the Pitt County Sheriff’s Office responded to three deaths at two different locations.
Deputies said the victims include husband and wife Anthony Gribble, 80, and Paula Gribble, 76, along with Enrique Reyes, 64. All were found shot, according to officials
Lever was arrested at one of the crime scenes, according to officials.
Neighbors told WITN Lever may have also fired two shots into an additional home on Forest Acres Drive. No one inside that home was injured but WITN reported the bullet holes were visible in a front window.
Neighbors told WITN Kever is a broker and owner of Realty World in Greenville.
Lever is charged with three counts of murder and is in the Pitt County Detention Center with no bond.
