Yeah, it is not 100 percent his fault. The people under him dont know what to do. On the bottom, i can say they have a few problems that can be fixed fast. On the other end, population growth must match with mail employee growth. They have a high turnover rate for a reason. The load is not distributed properly and effectively. Some post offices dont have automation. It's a mess lol they have extracted as much as they can from the lower working class with crappy uperclass employees, and they do nothing to help. It is a mess.

My Mail service has always been terrible, we get our mail scanned so we can see what is coming and sometimes it comes days later in a lump.
I can remember in the 70's the mail was delivered TWICE a day. I local letter mailed in the morning was delivered in the afternoon.

My mail service is stellar, and my mail lady goes way above and beyond for those who are on her route. I often receive packages in particular a day or two ahead of schedule.

Just had a first class letter take 19 days to get from Jacksonville to Stuart, Florida, about 250 miles. I could have walked the distance in less time.

But apparently, in Wa State, chain of custody, with citizens votes means nothing.
Our voting system is absolutely corrupt in Wa State, they reject conservatives votes for "signature confirmation" at more than 2x any other state.
We used to send mail to addresses in the same city, and it was literally delivered THE SAME DAY if we dropped it off at the post office early enough. Now it's MINIMUM two days sometimes three or four, and longer.
Amazon is what messed up the USPS… they do not pay carriers more for delivering a truckload of amazon packages every day. Carriers get paid route hours, meaning you get paid for the 6-12 hours that the paper says it should take for that route. They sure make money from amazon though…
