  16. So 2025 isn’t a good year for the monster taming genre then 😅 I’m surprised u didn’t mention dokev. Ngl none of these games stand out for me as something fresh and new. I think the sprite style kinda died out for me after digimon 😂 also Pokemon legends ZA?? Not even a honorable mention haha 😅

  24. I'm genuinely surprised to see that the Monster Crown dev is still at it. About a year ago I tried to play through the game and ran into bugs that basically broke the game for me entirely, so I quit, saw the game hadn't been updated in 4 months and assumed the project had been abandoned. Just checked now and apparently it has been updated numerous times since then. Part of me wants to go back to finish it, another part of me says that I won't remember a damn thing about how to play or where I was at. Either way I'm glad to see I was wrong and that the devs are not only continuing to patch the game, but also working on new projects.

  41. Good to see all these other monster taming games coming out. Though, every time I hear you compare them to pokemon, I start getting angry. I'm done with Pokemon and Nintendo after they decided to try and shut down Palworld. Not because 'Oh! Palworld stole our assets'. No. They decided to patent mechanics AFTER Palworld came out, and then sued them for those.
    Still, glad to see all these other good games I can support instead. Thanks for the video.

  43. Man, all of these honestly look so ass, Kindred Fates looks like the better one but still looks empty af, maybe these short clips do no justice to them bur I didn't feel any interest whatsoever in any of those, Palworld being the exception bcz I already played it.
