Severe Thunderstorms, Heavy Rainfall and a Tropical Cyclone Forecast for Queensland, NSW and WA

Severe thunderstorms and heavy rainfall will continue to impact Queensland over the coming couple of days, as a weeklong outbreak builds in the states south east. NSW will cop heavy falls over the next few hours, with over 100mm possible outside of Newcastle. A tropical cyclone is very possible now well offshore from Western Australia this week too.
