Does anyone know Shack's PC specs to be running Big Chungus so buttery smooth?
Imp Rep 69 – The breaking of the Black Sun and the destruction of IG88 has already brought about showings of success and has allowed for the continued reduction of their leadership. Captain Pellaeon and General Mohc agreed to begin the mopping up operations following the Mandalore blitz by moving toward Taris. Historical records would indicate that the world was a major battlefield between the Sith and the Old Republic for centuries and lead to countless deaths. Notes from Emperor Palpatine indicate that the Sith didn't actually want to kill people but just to rule through their strength and the Republic simply threw millions of inferiors at their betters in order to defeat the Sith. I would suppose that this victory would mark an ironic return as the Sith now lead the Imperial Government after overthrowing Republic corruption.
To a degree, the Black Sun has also appeared to understand this history and dug in deeply on the world, hoping to protect their power in the region. From what has been found, between a standard Black Sun palace and a Hutt palace on the world, and with the presence of Bib Fortuna… we suspect that the Black Sun moved their capital to Taris following the loss of Mandalore. This led General Veers into a long siege on the world and using all the firepower that could be mustered, though overall casualties were ultimately relatively light. This would be good news… though, it would also be tempered that with the world's capture, General Veers has had to begin court-martial proceedings against several artillery captains who caught a case of "knife disease" in which they'd fired at range and then got blood thirsty and chased after a retreating target to stab them. It's like they forgot that artillery's best advantage is its range.
While this is going on, it leaves Captain Veers time to look over reports over the world of Dathomir to the north of where the Northern Fleet has now moved. We have no data on who controls it beyond "not Empire," and there has also appeared to be debates on taking it. Some think the witches might strike. Notes from the Emperor suggest enslaving them as Dark Side uses and killing those that fight… Others have suggested that could wait until the larger fight with the Black Sun and Rebellion has either been completed or nearing its most logical end. Right now, Captain Pellaeon is waiting for scouting reports on the world. From there, it would appear that the plan for the Northern Fleet would be to move north to secure Count Dooku's homeworld from the Rebellion, showing that traitors of one war side with the traitors in the new war and then reduce the northern part of the pocket that the Mandalore blitz has created.
The last report of note is that Giju has been retaken, and the Byss Defense Fleet is looking at pushing south against the Black Sun in that area. – Secretary Boss Mann, ISB, Coruscant.
Please Shed, please rebuild the allegiance
Shed's clockwise subjugation of the galaxy continues
Glad to see Moff Shed finally securing his rear.
Reminds me of another youtuber's imperial campaign, named TheOverseer : after dozens of episode, he still hadn't secured all the Core's planets, including Chandrila, which is rebel owned at the start of the game.
When he finally got around to attack it with a super star destroyer and other vessels, he had to face 2 dreadnaught cruisers and 19 neutron star bulk cruisers.
As such, I wonder what the AI has decided to build over Serenno, which has been untouched for a long time.
34:53 that’s due to him having an isd 2, not because he’s a hero
great video
Check your planets for courrpion good job keeping your losses low.
26:40 pretty cool seeing both the Episode V AT-AT and the Rebels AT-AT next to each other.
Nice.
"Your mercenary ran out and cost us Giju. What are we even paying you for?"
"You pay me just enough to fight. Not nearly enough to get killed."
"Bo sho wanna mee ga dun."
"Lord Jabba says that at the rate you're losing planets you won't even be able to afford to pay me to fight."
"Poo doo Muchi. Ho ho ho ho!"
"And if you have any issue with that you can feel free to appeal with the Rancor."
– Boba Fett and Jabba the Hutt at latest contract negotiations with unnamed Black Sun representative
Is Vader dead,I don't see him.
We never getting the Hoth story missions guys. What a fat L to take for us viewers.
Please build Tibanna Gas mines at Yavin. 😀
BTW Dathomir has a hidden base. It's not necessarily neutral. In fact, I think you lost it earlier, so if that's true, it is definitely not neutral.
So is Vader dead permanently or is there going to be another rescue mission for him? I know you need him for Hoth.
I love it, regardless if it is heavy or light, all walker type units are bloodthirsty maniacs that will chase down anything if you aren't looking.
69 episodes in and Shack has yet to build a single advanced loadout ISD of any kind.
I get why the military might not be interested in Dathomir but I feel like Palpatine and Vader would feel they could be a threat and order them taken out.
Shack: "Look at the cute salvage ships!" Also Shack: "Salvage ships go Blammo!"
looking forward to a Republic playthrough of the new Awakening of the Clone Wars mod. been watching a guy do a CIS playthrough and even as someone who was never really interested in them that faction looks cool to play as well. Though i will say Clones will always beat out the droids to me.
“If we survive this battle the drinks are on me!” Meanwhile here’s shack ready to delete an entire sector with orbital fire
Played on normal, by week 60 I had surpassed the CIS planet, military, and economy. I have fough 2 defensive battles. Was planning on restarting on a harder difficulty.
I do love that he still thinks the scout appeasers have ions at this late date
Next week Boohoo!
So i just started playing this mod of a 20 year old game. On a 14 year old laptop. Runs so bad but its fun to play empire at war. 1st time playing it since it first came out. But i have been watching shack play it for years.
Don't all ISD 2's have rapid-fire light turbos like Pellaeon?
39:00 Funnily enough, this is why the Royal Navy ordered dreadnoughts in groups of four – so you could have two in service and two under repair/refit at any given time.
