I hope the FBI INVESTIGATES the GOVERNOR and MAYOR who many think FASCILITATE obtaining the ILLEGAL EXPLOSIVES from CHINA! We have complained for YEARS while authorities PRETEND to be concerned. There has NEVER been any arrests and a STORAGE UNIT BLEW UP a few years ago KILLING SEVERAL people.
Hawaii lawmakers made it difficult to purchase safe consumer fireworks by banning sparklers and fountains and imposing a permit requirement for firecrackers. As a result, many people turned to the black market, which primarily sells dangerous, professional-grade pyrotechnics.
