A second victim from a deadly DUI crash in Clovis this month has died. Clovis police say 42-year-old Ian Shaw died from his injuries Saturday. The crash occurred at 2 am on December 1st at Gettysburg and Fowler avenues. Investigators say 19-year-old Himanshu was speeding on Gettysburg when he ran a red light at Fowler and T-boned another car.
