Soto how can you say "Thats as good as hes ever to be" (Farva)he's only in his second year. Tom brady got so much better after his first few years he was not really that great nothing like manning at the time. Im not sure what hes going to be but has gotten better and looks better than cj shroud right now.

Even the scouts told Cam Ward he had nothing left to prove. He shouldn't have played at all, if he wasn't going to play 2nd half. I completely agree with RJ on this, it was weird as hell and I didn't like it.
Let’s drop the, “We need a QB” talk, put all efforts into making Farva (AOC) our franchise QB & keep going with the best player available in the draft movement. Bowers, JPJ & Glazer are showing promise beyond expectations. Let’s use this upcoming draft to get a WR1/2, another OL stud , another lock down CB & a stud RB.
After the way the season is shaping up, it looks as if the Raiders should concentrate on getting a whole new staff with a seasoned HC like Vrabel to right the ship and install some stability from the top down, then build through the draft to restock the cupboards and make solid moves in FA.. I know Vrabel isn’t the sexiest pick but I want a HC that doesn’t let the game moments be too big for them, play clock management and knows what the inside of a NFL franchise is supposed to look like in putting together a staff, etc etc. Another words I want a HC that can oversee the entire roster and staff, unlike all these previous failures we’ve had in the HC carousel
Look at the averages for yards per reception on that bears 61 team. Ditkas average was on par/slightly better than ALL of the team. 7 guys over a 15 avg per catch.

Mike ditka did it against plumbers You know damn well there was no real athletic players back then. Put Mike in this era and he's average. And Mike's 12-year career he had a little over 400 receptions. And if there's 14 games per season he averaged like 33 receptions per season that's like a little over two receptions per game lol also Mike had a great team around him so there's that. Bowers did it with three maybe backup quarterbacks.
Ward shouldn't even had played in the game but he did and he did great so he had nothing left to prove. If he would have went out there in the second half and s*** the bed then his draft stock would have dropped and if he got hurt it would have dropped even more for a meaningless bowl game. He's thinking about his future. As an example look at Sanders if he wouldn't have played there would have been more of a… Well Colorado looks like crap because Sanders isn't playing… But since he played now it's Sanders looks like crap against better competition and now he's definitely not going to be the number one pick.

We were playoff team if AP grew a pair and started AOC from the start. Broncos and Chargers, colts , Pittsburgh, Miami, Bengals AREN'T better than us with AOC starting with JPJ starting. Adams stays so we're that much more deadly on offense and not leading the league in turnovers with Minshew. And not having Getsy as an OC. We're a playoff team.
Mike ditka never had a QB as bad as minshew. To break this record with him. Is up there with AP breaking rushing record with ponder as his QB.
