We live near the Delaware Canal in Bucks County and are well familiar with the closures and the time it takes for repairs, sometimes taking years. We own a second home in Tioga County near the Pine Creek Rail Trail. When there is flooding, down trees, etc. repairs are very quick. Same DCNR, different work ethic upstate vs. downstate
