Today the PTR saw a patch where they fixed a lot of issues. They even added an additional gypsum system, clarified bump numbers for expertise gains, and more.
Because of this we have an idea of when the PTR will go live. At least we can likely rule out certain time frames which helps us narrow down the New World PTR release date.
Also new character on the PTR will have 200 trade skills now which is really nice. The New World winter convergence event got rebalanced some as well.

Oh wow I did a myrk run two days ago and got my GA watermark from 588 to 597 in 2 hits with a 592 in the middle I think. Gotta grind those up before patch hits

They look like changes to the perks, like the plague strikes I’m sure was originally 12 second duration

Since the cost for the topaz gypsum was lowered to only x1 tier 5 material each and the cooldown reduced to only 24hours then the tier 5 materials will see a very high demand after the patch with them going up to 30g each or more? I think that is a great business considering that they are now at around 5g each. Anyway, i have bought out the entire market up to 10g since i have nothing to lose and i also placed so many buy orders.
Can you please tell me about the epic tools you get in PTR? I got epic GS500 tools on my character…does this mean also that we can craft legendary tools now also? or is this PTR only stuff?
Because if you can craft legendary tools now it means you can nearly get all perks on a tool at least so much easier to get the typical god roll
My future strat is apart from two storage units that I have gear and food , I have all the rest of my storage units full of 1 cent items . So if ever they change drop rates , or make changes I will cash in . I see the honey price on my server slowly moving up too , still waiting with my 10 k stack

This change is huge! Thank you for making the healer nerf a bit milder.

Update should come on the 14th as the PTR patch note states thats when the event starts, but could be placeholder.

So I could have sworn the post said they were targeting December 14th to January 11th for the Winter event Meaning it would be probably patched that day. But I can't find the post anymore. Also I saw a video somewhere that showed the new tent skin you can craft and how it was expensive in mats. I can't find the video anymore though
Nice, they nerfed the Plagued Strikes/Crits perks. Still strong, but it might still be worth playing a healer.
My server got a notice of scheduled downtime for a patch. Don't know if it's the patch, but it's a patch.

i was played as paladin.. long time.. as special in wars, after they "fixed" the armore buff and reduce for healing stil was same build and i think managed fine… but that 30% healreduce / hit …. sorry but no point to play heal.. AGS aspect ppl to play on light armore heal?? wtf they think whit they bump?? 1 hit is 8k dmage + 30% heal reduce in light armore = died in 2 shoot ! GL healers… i go too brainded axe user.. and chop chop die chop chiop die… that si al bout the game!
