10:06. I understand fuling out alternative defenitions of certain situations. I empathize with that. Given those types of situations. The observer (possibly mark) would understand their environment. Now, I live in a small town. Yes, people drive through the town from the main road and get gas and stop for services. However, it is small enough to know if someone is not from around paying attention to me more so than anyone else. I would and have determined that.
Example: In my late 20s, I went into a bar with a couple of my friends after work to have a couple of drinks & unwind. Throughout said time, someone had spent a great deal of time staring me down. He blended in fair enough, but I could still tell. Further into the night, I had observed enough of this to bring the situation up to the person. Turns out after a short awkward back and forth. He knew my father and remembered me from take your child to work day. He had his gut believing he knew me from somewhere as I believed he was staring at me. This is just such a case and situation. Agents of many governments are trained to blend into the environment. When in a big or small city. Being outside of stores and so on. It is not impossible to determine if someone is eying you down and/or observing u. Especially in an environment where it is hard for the watcher to blend into. How they react upon discovery can also clue you in on said purpose. Plenty of variables come into play, tho, of course. Their acting talent, experience, and so on. As most people would reply. If they dont. They must not want their voices heard, which is odd in a social environment/engagement.
