My Enthusiasm for New World is Quickly Fading.

New World, Developed Amazon Game Studios is an MMORPG for which my enthusiasm is quickly fading. New World started out extremely fun, but the more Amazon Games updates the game, the less fun it becomes, and the more frustrating it becomes. New World still has high potential, but Amazon Games Studios keeps proving themselves to be incompetent – which again leads to my enthusiasm fading.

  1. Just found out today that apparently the upcoming patch is going to nerf crafting indirectly by forcing your watermark level onto your equipped gear score level. This means that effectively you cannot craft 600 GS items unless you've already attained 600 watermark. The grind continues…smh. What a timely video this has turned out to be 🤣

  2. I ended up watching heaps of video's covering new world while I was watching your vids.
And they were all pointing out the things you felt were wrong in this vid. But I kept my mouth shut because I could see you were enjoying the game for what it was.
And I didn't want to ruin it for you.
When it comes to the disappointment you feel for new world, I know how that feels. I was hyped for star citizen at the time.
Was promised a fully functioning space MMO in 2016. Its still in Alpha. There is another game I used to play too. Its called warframe.
And the same thing happened to that game. The grind just got more and more. Complicated systems on top of complicated systems until I could take no more and I quit.

I do have a suggestion for you though. Recently I've started emulating old PS2 classics I love. The games themselves are great.
But they also come with a feeling of stability. I know they devs have no reason to go back and change a 10 year old product because the sales have already happened.
Trying something like that might be a nice change for you. Play a game or 2 that you know its gonna stay stable.
That feeling of stability is honestly really nice.

  3. I swear u make the most dumbest thumbnails amazon not competent for a mmo yet there stocks would strongly disagree with u there bud to say a whole company isn't competent because one of there side projects just goes to show how u generalize shit to get a click bait thumbnail to get people to click rather then base it on NEW WORLD
