All of NA east servers in New World have been offline the whole day. The reason for this is an outage in the actual amazon server cluster stemming from north virginia.
We don’t have a real ETA on when the game servers will be back up, but based on the AWS status page, they’ve made big progress. So hopefully if we’re lucky we’ll see the NA east servers come back online either tonight or early tomorrow morning.
That’s all we got, hopefully that’s accurate but it’s only an educated guess based on very little information, so it could be wrong.

My company on the east coast has experienced server outages due to AT&T ISP being out due to heavy winds in the NC (US) area. I'm sure this probably has something to due with it as well. Great update buddy
