I would simplify a lot of this by pointing out simply that the entire current morality being used to argue against racism and slavery and things like that was created and perpetuated by white people at the same time when other cultures and civilizations would be going wild with such things in their period of dominance. This is the biggest issue with all of the so called anti-racist, and anti-white, propaganda, it has to dance around the simple fact that the current situation only exists because of the people they are calling evil racists. This is why 99% of it should be treated as having no validity at all.
When it comes to racism, the whole reason why it was considered evil was that racism as properly defined is judging an individual entirely based on their ethnicity rather than any other factors. This was defined as evil in part because there was no way to know what was true or not before the information age. Thus judging people based on so called "stereotypes" was a problem as you couldn't say outright whether those depictions were true.
In the current age however we have access to all of the information, this is why a lot of what is being called racist is not actually close to being racist, as people are being judged by their behavior and outright pattern recognition. When it comes to blacks for example, all you have to do is look at black social media, and simply properly collected statistics and such to see the trends. Judging a person purely by that is of course still wrong, but it's only reasonable to consider it now that it's verified, judging them by behavior and what they actually do and achieve however is the opposite of racism. Racism as a concept was not that all people are good or suitable based on race, just that people should be given a chance individually, but if they wind up conforming with something like a stereotype through behavior and it becomes known, then judging them that way based on things they actually did, is something entirely different.
What is wrong with wokies is that they are attacking society more than anything, and they are in many respects being racist themselves. They are basically encouraging bad behavior among groups seen as having lost out in the world, and telling people to just accept it and that it's wrong to judge based on it, and of course this why things like DEI are rotting everything they touch. The idea of not being racist was the idea that if you give people the ability to succeed on their own merits and become part of a more successful culture, eventually enough will see that as a path to acceptance, and slowly, over time, they will become the majority, and on the same footing as everyone else. Allowing some black person to have a good job that they didn't earn and still act like well… an urban barbarian… is just providing a loophole people can and will exploit, people of all types will take advantage of any unfair advantages they are given.
Too long, but basically there are reasons why wokies want to rewrite history, want to define math and facts as racist, and all kinds of other thing.
It should be noted that Asians are considered as bad as white people because the leftists who want to destroy the current societal structures, were not initially aware before the information age that people like that were just as dominant and successful in their part of the world as whites were in another. What's more I think they came to the realization that while they were being angry at all the white faces being in charge in the west, that whites are actually one of the smallest global minorities, where say Chinese people are 1/3rd of the global population and have successful civilizations going back just as far… as opposed to say black people who at the time of the airplane and electricity had the hide shield as their greatest technological accomplishment. We're mining gold, and they are drying and glazing animal poop in a lot of places as jewelry (seriously), you might see some of the problems if you analyze some of this point by point. The thing is though that white people took the attitude of "well, if we teach these people how to think and behave… they are capable of learning it, we can have them walk aside us as equals some day" as opposed to previous empires who would have just enslaved or genocided them especially given the hilarious power imbalances.
You confront racism by forcing black people and others in a similar place to become more white so to speak. That said the left tends to think in the terms that white people should be replaced by those people, and once in power, whether they have any of the knowledge or ability or not, they will just suddenly become as successful in a genuine way. Sort of like how they believe if socialism is forced on society, the innovations that might support it and allow it to work will just appear (like the magical thinking at the core of things like CHAZ in Seattle). In reality for anything like that to work you need to first develop the foundations for it to happen. Greater technology throughout all levels of society will eventually remove the need for labor and force other systems to develop, which will be more socialist as there will be less of a need for capitalism which is what will fuel that happening. Likewise black people and other minorities learning how to actually do things and becoming more competitive over thousands of years, will eventually allow them to assimilate into more successful societies and become an actual part of them on a large level by becoming genuinely indistinguishable from the other humans in terms of behavior and capabilities, that will be when skin color and ethnic features will cease to matter. It's why meritocracy is the solution to racism, and cheating people through it has the opposite effect. The thing is though the people pulling the strings on the wokies want to force societal collapse, and they understand it in that big picture sense more than the cultist foot soldiers on the ground who love the principles, but never bother to think of how this could work. How does one manage to get a business that requires thousands of people to function, when everyone has an equal say, when it's difficult to just get five people to agree on anything major as you can see on the Internet? The damage they are doing is as much why the tide is shifting as anything, people are realizing how stupid this is, when all the DEI in the world won't do crap if the people being pushed up are just figureheads and aren't actually the best people for the jobs they are being given.
