  1. Mafia III is in no way influenced by an Assassin's Creed Game lmao. The gang & territory system has been around since Saint's Row & Further back in GTA: San Andreas, both which are older than the Assassin's Creed series. Just saying. Also, Assassin's Creed was influenced by a different Ubisoft IP (Prince of Persia)

  2. I did know that Shadow Of Mordor was like Assassin’s Creed. As soon as I saw that Lord of the Rings game, and when I played it, I thought, “Dang, it’s like Assassin’s Creed meets Lord of the Rings.” I did NOT know that the Batman Arkham games, Horizon, OR Ghost of Tsushima was like Assassin’s Creed, though.

  3. Wouldn’t far cry primal be a nod to assassins creed all your kills are stealth and skill takedowns and you can jump on target for take down you have an owl to as your eyes too see camps from sky’s plus you have a leap of faith.

  4. I would add Spiderman (Insomniac) and The Witcher 3 ( going from TW2 to TW3) on the list. And eventually AC and The Witcher 3 would influence TLOZ BOTW whose formula was later used by Elden Ring. They all all derivative in many ways, but still great games. AC however has a formula that is still unmatched to me. I can't trully found a new true AC-like game out of the AC franchise. Ghost of Tsushima is great, but doesn't hit the same. The parkour in AC, the mistery, the "being an assassin" cool factor, the social stealth and the historical setting exploration are still lightyears in front of pretty much every other game

  5. Tomb raidor was not influianced by assassin's creed no way, it was influinced by uncharted. Before anybody says "ofcourse u know, uncharted was influinced by tomb raidor first right?". Yea but uncharted created alot of newer things for itself that tomb raidor later took from, so it's a fair trade back 😀.

  6. And I’ve always felt that Assassins Creed was a replacement for Prince of Persia. The mechanics are so similar, AC just made it more stealth. I was a huge fan of PoP games, I played the first Assassin’s Creed game and I liked it, but damn it could get really boring sometimes and felt like you were doing busy work.

  7. U forget the insomniac spider man games. Some if not most of its mechanics like stealth, spidey vision, gliding as well as combat and open world, were heavily inspired by the Arkham games and those games wouldn't exist if they weren't inspired by AC
