As a 1st jp anni player who dropped the game after 6th anni and moved to legends. These new basic attacks animations will bring me back. I didn’t think it would be possible 😂
I'm pretty sure Glorio's SA works like a normal stacking SA effect, they just worded it differently to denote that, unlike the 1 turn 50%, that the 9 and 6 stick. It's should just calc like normal stacking effects which are always with the separate from SOT and multiplicative stats. Before/After wouldn't matter because they're all multiplied.
i agree that the passives will be overwhelming looking like that but i feel like they will be easier too understand then if they have too read the passives the way they are right now which does fulfill their goal of making it easier for new players too understand it and i really struggle how one would accomplish both
Imo the new battle screen is just a bit… jarring. I guess I’ll never get used to a change like that. The character animations are definitely a fun improvement though. The passive skill format change also looks nice.
I feel like the passive skill page being bulletized will start off odd for older players, but will be a good change in the end. Word vomit makes the game unplayable and atleast now you can theoretically comprehend the passives. We will see when they add it.
Updating old systems is genuinely the best thing they could do. The ui and normal attack animations being revamped got me more hyped than any banner character.
The main reason the passive looked kinda overwhelming was that it’s literally one of the most “I do everything” passives in the game so there’s gonna be a bit much
The new passive is going to seem more overwhelming then the original but it's MUCH better organized. The issue with the passives now is that it's a bunch of word vomit that turns into mush in a player's head but now it's much easier to understand
FINALLY THEY UPDATED THE ANIMATIONS SPRITES AND BASIC ATTACKS!! Hopefully they only improve them moving forward! Ive been playing since the game came out on global almost a decade ago.
I think the way passives are broken down now is definitely better than new players having to read essays multiple times to understand what the cool character they pulled is doing lol
I'm guessing the EZA will be both Phy SSJ3 Goku and STR Kid Buu. Since Majin Buu Saga led to Daima and they are the only 2 relevant old Buu Saga category Premium units that haven't Ezaed yet.
