Annual 'Sober or Slammer' event to honor victims of Morrison Drive fatal hit and run

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — Law enforcement and victims of drunk driving crashes will come together Thursday for the annual Sober or Slammer event, hosted by local and state law enforcement agencies.

The event will honor the two young women, Arianna Gamber and Lizzy Zito, who police say were hit by two vehicles in a hit and run earlier this year while they were walking near the bike lane.
