Cole…that long hose end on the spigot will be underwater when the trough is full.

That being so, turning off the spigot will allow the water in the whole hose and spigot to drain out that hole underground as it is designed to do.

Unfortunately it will continue to siphon out the whole trough until the water level in the trough falls below the hose end….since the hole underground is X feet below the surface of the trough/water..

That kink in the hose may have trapped water and it froze in the top part of the spigot as you surmised…after the hose started to suck air…..

  2. I like the new graphics Tiffany! Glad to hear that your continually doing well with the pregnancy. Cole I know how you're feeling. I was the same way when it got this close but I'll tell you it'll be one of your proudest days of your life when you get to see your son for the first time!

  4. Babys usually grow about half a pound a week at this stage, and the scans accuracy are usually + or – a pound. Our youngest was measuring 8.5 with two weeks to go and he ended up being that when he was born. More than likely he will be 9lb or less! Good luck!
