The head of the Hayat Tahrir al Sham (HTS) group has told Sky News that the world does not need to fear a new Syrian government.
Abu Mohammed al Jolani, in his first remarks given to Western media since his rebel coalition toppled Bashar al Assad’s government, said there will not be a “return to panic”.
