When you were selling stuff at 4:57 you seem to have forgot that the money displayed up top also changes when your selling items. So when it said they had 21k that was after selling your first batch. Kinda surprised you didn't know that

Vanilla is boring. If you have basic programming knowledge you can mod the game yourself by editing the xml files of weapons and troops and make the most custom games. With more mesh editing skills it's infinite possibilities. For example I nerf khans and fians. I made khuzaits all mounted but give them smaller shields. I've made custom 13th century gunpowder weapons and added to the game. I've made vlandia more pike and shot.
You can use the symbols to roughly tell which villages are attached to castles
