Officials in Green Lake County, Wisconsin say Ryan Borgwardt, the married father who apparently faked his own death and fled to Europe, is back in the United States and in custody. Borgwardt had previously contacted police to let them know he was alive and wouldn’t be returning. Law&Crime’s Jesse Weber has the latest developments.
