Remember, these brothers haven't been convicted yet. The victims and their outcries do not help the potential jury pool. They are not to be convicted by the future jury by any prosecutorial misconduct by the prosecution for basically pre-defaming them in front of a bank of microphones at a presser. We don't know what truly happened here, since we are not witnesses of the allegations. Any jury that convicts them can be appealed for defamation of character by the brothers defense attorneys. I'm not saying these brothers are innocent. What I am saying is that discretion and a gag order should be put into place to not taint the jury pool.
