  2. Wow, this connected so many dots that I never fully understood. Seems like this subject could be an entire lecture or course. I would love to learn about it in more detail. Thank you and God bless you Doug.

  3. Ha! All western ideals. What was liberty for the sub Saharan Africa before contact with westerners? This will be a non foreign idea for Africans. African must rediscover this or forever be under the worldview of strangers.

  4. Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) said she believes “the church is supposed to direct the government.” First of all, I believe this is already the case. But do you think Christians could live without forcing raped women and children to give birth? Or does delusional beliefs always lead to Taliban-esk nations? Could Christians vote for those that don't force their views upon others? I think the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade already shows it's too late anyway. America is dead. RIP. Are you proud now?

  5. " It cannot be emphasized too strongly or too often, that this great nation was founded, not by religionists, but by Christians, not on religions, but on the Gospel of Jesus Christ."-Patrick Henry. " Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other."- John Adams. " A free people ought not only to be armed and disciplined, but they should have sufficient arms and ammunition to maintain a status of independence from any who might attempt to abuse them, which would include their own government."- George Washington. " The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God."- Psalms 9:17.

  6. Libertarians understand none of this. Almost all of them believe liberty mean "do whatever you want"? Which is why you have so many druggies and homosexuals take claim to being a libertarians. Without the Lord whatever country or nation you have will be gone. May the South rise again.

  7. (#33) Taxes should be less than the tithes paid to Doug…. Nothing self-serving to see here! Just a millionaire pastor who opposes taxing the rich.

  8. While some of Doug's points are agreeable, it is all based on lawless gospel, which proves counterproductive to talking about liberty that is based on Christian values. The gospel is about the kingdom of God(Matt. 4:23, Mar. 1:14-15), not Christ's death, burial, resurrection, or ascension. Christ did not come to promote a message about Himself.

  9. This is great.
I’d love to have a printed copy to reference for the purpose of doing a deeper study and then passing on these truths to others.
Thank you for such a thorough and grounded overview.
