My husband, Joshua Byrd (Levad), is Admiral Byrd's great nephew. I'm excited for him to hear this episode! We live in Colorado, but have been to Admiral Byrd's grave in Arlington National Cemetery. My husband looks EXACTLY like Admiral Byrd, it's almost creepy how alike they are.

Dear Santa I wish to receive a Snow Cruiser for Christmas . Fully prepared . lol Imagine going to a government sell off n buying such a unit ? Talk about a recovery vehicle for disaster stricken areas ! I've seen people buy equipment at these auctions for pennys on the dollar . Man the US must certainly b a rich country ?
