The CEO of UnitedHealthcare was fatally shot Wednesday morning in New York City in what authorities believe was a “targeted attack.”
The New York City Police Department said 50-year-old Brian Thompson was shot just before 7 a.m. outside the Hilton hotel on 54th Street in midtown Manhattan.
