  1. I don't know where, but I want some kind of maindeck counter spell. Even if it's like phantom interference, so we can play tempo early and late gam3 make a flyer. Maybe single use, but I think it's the kind of flexibility you want.

  2. I've been playing a "kaito" tribal deck in standard it mostly plays the 3 mana kaito but I have 2 copies of dancing shadows and one copy of bane of nightmare. Then I threw in mischievous mystic and the annex archfiend combo with some removal and 2 puppeteers. It's been doing really well.

  3. Aah. The game against phoenix is exactly why I can't bring myself to play Bo3. Like I've spent all this time to create a cool Kaito centric deck and I win because… I have a 2 mana artifact… It doesn't really matter what the rest of my deck is as long as it's functional. Just find your 2 mana artifact and you'll win the game.

  4. Man this makes me want to try pioneer again. It used to be my favorite format but I'm just too tilted by Thoughtseize. That first match vs demons brought me right back to what made me quit.
