I have a dumb question why is that statement put in those police reports about false statements if the cops have qualified immunity? Wouldn’t they just say that they are immune if there are false statements. It just boggles my mind why we have that statement if they won’t get any repercussions for their false statements. It’s just so much corruption to me! Maybe it’s time for citizens to take back out towns and country!!

I think it would be interesting to depose the person who passed along the lies: – did you tell this <lie> to deponent? – was it true? – was there any exaggeration at all in your statements? – were you directed to say these things? By whom? – were you aware that these statements would be used in an arrest warrant? – for what reason were you not deposed for the purposes of the arrest warrant, as a primary fact witness? – were you directed not to be be deposed for this purpose? By whom?
If the FBI get involved I will be truly shocked, and you already know that’s not gonna happen. They probably side with the judge and psycho Ryder as well. However, good luck may God be with you

Courts have taken away the 1st Amendment Rights step by step. Now they keep broading the wide scope limiting more and more against public transparency. They claim that it is for the protection of citizens and employees identy..but if a person had a video camera with high power lens and sit across the street on public property and film people comming in and out with zoom quality…this is why it is lies…bullshit!
