Sub $300 12gb?
What the hell?
If you want a smooth gaming experience in the age of UE5, the minimum GPU you should have is 7800xt performance. I have to look at catalogue of games from at least 3 years back with my 6600xt.
If it doesn't outperform an rtx 4060 across the board, I'd say it's dead on arrival. Even with all their greed, Nvidia tend to jump 1 tier of performance each gen, while increasing price according to inflation. This would mean RTX 4070 performance and memory for about 315 dollars is a reasonable prediction for the 5060. If people often are willing to pay 10% more for the same performance when it comes to Nvidia vs AMD, won't they pay a greater difference when it comes to Intel vs AMD and Nvidia, two brands that are established as GPU makers?
That being said, I'd totally get one if they had native analog output.
waiting for price cuts from nvidia and amd for their older models.
A580 release price $179. Given the B580 proposal, this should not have exceeded $230.
Hell ya. This will be my first Intel Arc card. Moving from a gtx 1060 babaay
I wonder what Intel can give us for 4K gaming
Isn’t inter where struggling with gpu drivers is that fixed?
Disagree with using your poll as an argument for what we want.
I personally am looking for a budget card so i can move on from my 5700xt.
Will eagerly await Steve's review.
We need competition
Wonder if it’s time to replace the 3060 12GB….?
Probably double the price in AUD although our prices are inclusive of all taxes.
All I can say is bring it on. With AMD Radeon failing to a degree to compete with Nvidia. We need Intel to continue to make improvements.
I thought intel would bring out something to beat the 4070 hands off by its quality & price, but I guess I will have to wait another turn to see that real bang for the buck show up
As we all hold our breath hoping intel doesn’t f*** this up
nvidia will chill at the high end and amd and intel will just compete lots for mid and low end this sounds great
I daily drive a A770 and I have no regrets, looking forward to the new cards.
until now AMD is budget king and i think its bold move to compare with AMD and NVidia we'll see after 13th because if they deliver what they promise then its going to create panic in market for other big houses and sudden price cuts healthy competition brings value so wait until all budget offering from other companies too…its time for 1440p to consider as budget gaming
Amd has the best cpu, Intel has great gpus, and nvidia has become a software company… wtf is going on! 😀
There's almost certainly going to be pretty steep price cuts on these cards as soon as AMD and Nvidia launch their midrange, assuming Intel actually has enough supply to even bother with that
At least these announcements put pressure on the other manufacturers,
who'll have to keep them into account when deciding on the new generation's prices.
Thanks for your videos!
can you include the Ai image generation and other Ai models benchmark in your Gpu test
While I hope they succeed, I think Intel is severely underestimating the kind of performance/price points necessary to make an impact against the competition.
why there no 1080p real test leak ?
