I’m not gonna lie I don’t think he ever cared to develop the leadership skill because his talent alone got his teams for the hump. Maybe he should’ve planned when the time came where his talent wasn’t gonna be enough. Because everything this man is saying is true. All my years of watching him play there’s been only a few times where he had those Brady or manning leadership moments. Who knows what happens in behind the scenes but we can only judge from what we see.
