Think they're smart, They will get caught sooner or later.
It is simple. Black FOREVER, EVERY tanker that visits Russia ports. Any ship that does not have its transponder on all the time, OR, in exceptional circumstances, does not report its' position every 6 hours to the relevant British authority will be deemed to have visited a Russian port or made a forbidden transfer. The British authority can then maintain the register of blacked ships to which all other authorities may refer.
Time to close the Baltic Sea.

Incompetence breeds death and destruction and suffering for the citizens. Pootin is an incompetent leader. The empire of Muscovy needed clean water and sewage treatment, it needed paved roads, and support for domestic civilian product manufacturing. What it got from this incompetent man was another war of conquest to expand the empire., suffering, sacrifice, death and destruction. Pootin's billions in yachts was confiscated, not by the people he stole them from, but by the people he attacked. Where is the courage in the empire? Why are the Asian citizens dying so Pootin can add white European land to his empire, while they are neglected?
Nothing new. Seems like the west is afraid of the Russian terror, and a new world order under a pseudo communist banner is taking over. And so the world cookie is crumbling.

The sanctions are great and would beung russia to its senses if they were complied with. There is no endorcement arm ir agency of these sanctions. If the west is serious about sanctuons being something more than lip service, create endorcement through NATO or EU or anybody but united nations. Start enforcing sanctions and making arrest if top people owning and allowing these violations, try them through the system rhat is set up like HAGUE or unternational court or whatever entity is created. Put some teeth in this dog and not just barking
