These prices are a crime, also the camera policy is so stupid, will never visit this since I have most of the credits already for a way cheaper ride price
It amazes me how they can transform Hyde park for this event. It is crazy that all of it is temporary other than the band stand.

For next year I would love to see them do unlimited ride wristbands, I think more people would be inclined to purchase them as you would soon make your money worth.

Back before mobiles everyone used to take an SLR or video camera with you, there was none of this nonsense in fact you were encouraged to make memories…keep it with kodak being a big thing, yes you couldnt uplosd back then but its still rediculous how its gone now just my opinion
The prices of some of the rides is so high, just shows what good value Alton Towers is.
It’s a massive shame that the marketing department and the security / management can’t see the power of vlogging channels. I don’t really understand what the issue is though, unless they want to control the content being posted but they should know that’s not how it works in this life. What a shame.

Love your videos. You two are always so happy, sad that you were treated badly by security. I have been almost every year for the past 6yr. My favourite thing to do is the Ice Kingdom. I normally do ice mountain coaster, but last yr the staff did not tell/reminded me to put the seatbelt on, so i was thrown around a bit and felt unsafe. So, I'm not doing it again.

Totally understand the filming policy as not everyone wants to be captured on camera as they're going about their business, especially with so many kids around, the organisers need to be seen to be making sure it's not a free-for-all

Really can’t understand the safety policy on this event. Maybe I am looking to it as a European but never saw such things or experienced things like that on fun fairs or winter events over here. Most organisations or theme park owners over here would give you free entrance or rides and if they can a look behind the scenes and some extra stuff. They can get free advertising that wil reach everywhere around the world and they are just rude to content makers. If I was an investor in such an event and I see things like this I’ll kick those security straight out to replace them, bad advertising is the last thing you want, especially because it is a beautiful event with a great variety of things to do and see with the best attractions Europe has to offer. And the things they have to do to secure safety , they clearly failed. If you can get your filming equipment in without them noticing it, you can get weapons in without any problem. I think that is really concerning. They need to get their act together. Over the long term it’s going to put of a lot of people over the years, and that is how you kill your own event. On what attractions there are and what’s there to do I would love to come over there but if I see how it’s organised no thanks for me, I won’t bother. Stil was a great vlog besides the circumstances you had to film with. Thanks for showing us around again this year.
I think this thing is starting to run its course, unfortunately; I get that there's not an infinite variety of attractions you can build out of what Oktoberfest and christmas market companies can supply, but at this point it's really torn between being a dozen different things (a circus, drinking hall, thrill rides, kiddie attractions, the sort-of-mediocre shopping stuff, that ice rink…) without actually refreshing things. I'm sure it'll continue to be profitable, as the turnover of Londoners etc will keep it going, but unless it actually has new attractions for theme park fans, the novelty of a "pop-up theme park" in London wears off after a couple of years.
Suspect this will massively suffer if and when Universal get that gate open in Bedfordshire, Westminster permitting.
It's a great set of rides, but it's nothing special now, especially for out-of-towners.

I don’t get why you’re not allowed to film? Especially if you’re allowed to on your phone aswell. I mean are there vloggers out there making negative videos about the event? I don’t actually see what could be classed as negative other than being hounded by security guards when you do take a camera and for them to be rude about it to you aswell when you had dispensation is just ridiculous…hope they apologised for being like that with you but I’m guessing not. Like you said leaves a bad taste and they missed out on your custom the rest of the evening because of it. Stupid rules that make zero sense. Thanks for the video guys x
It’s a little bit dramatic over filming.
They need to scrap whoever’s in charge of security because they obviously have their priorities in the wrong places…. This why attendance numbers locals like myself stop going years ago ….. this is truly winter blunderland and it’s facing extinction.
Hope you sent this to the organisers so they know whats going on. The whole camera policy is ridiculous considering i'd imagine 99% of the customers there have cameras on their phones.

What an utter shit hole Winter Wonderland has become, it used to be so good there, would not go there anymore, the crime in there is a joke, security is pathetic and its so over priced, and you would not think you was in London England being in there!
As for filming; personally I don’t want to see lots of filming when I’m at an event. I realize it’s someone’s income but I feel it’s an invasion of personal space being on someone’s YouTube channel.

The event needs refreshing next year. The line up is stale and repetitive. The prices are way beyond most people's pockets also. The organisers need to get with the current cost of living issues.
We went to WW in the early years when it was a lot smaller. It’s grown too big albeit absolutely amazing, but also far too expensive for me and my wife to bring our 3 children. The bag search is a huge issue and even if we could afford to go, I wouldn’t due to how London is a very crazy and dangerous place to be. It’s such a shame you could not capture more footage and get on more rides but I do not blame you at all to say enough is enough and leave.

Sadly had a very bad experience here last year in terms of accessibility and being treated quite badly as a disabled person, they were not interested in the feedback and so we will sadly not return again to this event.
complain to fgh security yellow hi-vis they do gate & inside & you see orange jacket it's the event and exhibition partnership limited. You might see other security company's these are security i know.

Great video guys and looks like you were have a good time until the security incidents which is a shame.
It was disheartening to see the focus on animal products during the food portions of the video. You may understandably have not given much thought to where your food comes from but I feel in this day and age with the amount of information available there is very little excuse to continue to ignore it. The truth is it's very bad for our health and the planet to continue eating animals and thats without mentioning the moral concerns with regards to animal welfare.
I would personally be interested in what vegan options were available at a place like this and would love to see this covered in your videos. I would also encourage anyone reading this to ask some questions about where their food comes from. I can provide some links to some accounts if anyone is interested.
Which security companies do they use?
Visited Winter Wonderland last year in 2023, had a great time but the security is AWFUL, my girlfriend got her phone stolen, and we didn’t realise until til we left the venue, we then tried to re enter to find it on find my iPhone, but they wouldn’t let us, told us to visit the support office outside the park, which was closed when we got there.
Sent them a email the next day and heard nothing back, no support at all, for that reason I am refusing to visit this year, let me with a very sour taste in my mouth.. 😢

I used to live in London and I remember easily spending over £150 (the last time I’ve been there was 2018 and it was me, my husband and a 2yo kid).
The food and rides are extremely expensive, but we really enjoyed the atmosphere.
From what I saw in the video, Winter Wonderland is still exactly the same as it was 6 years ago…
Security not checking bags properly is a huge security risk! Especially as of late where there have been recent security issues at some railway stations and airports, which have involved controlled explosions!

I love how you bring us great content but if I was you guys i would even bother wasting my time on them and I will certainly boycott the event. Don't like how they have upset you mate.
