  1. Well if you don’t like it so much there’s plenty of other channels to watch but for me these things that they are finding are history to me. I love this history making program and I will watch as long as it’s on and I don’t care how redundant it is, it’s History Baby!!!

  3. Doesn't it seem likely the hatch then the valve suggest this was part of the tunnel flooding system? . . A means to protect the contents of the vault. There seems to be only one way to get to the vault and it's from the opposite end of the island. Attempt a breech from any other direction, the "valve" will be activated.

If there were really once two islands, and a sea wall was built at the waist of the two, they would need to pump out the sea water to build a tunnel back to the valve and the hatch. Then after completed, tunnel to below the water line a shunt. Then after the shunt dig down from above to connect the sea to the shunt or gate/valve. The hatch regers to that last entry to connect the tunnel to the dry bed at the waist.

  4. Thank you for uploading these here too, History. Would be nice if you'd give us more mundane reality here…even if it's 45 minutes of old men digging and cracking wise…and ever consider David Blankenship died searching for the treasure? He fulfilled that stupid legend about one more needing to die.

  5. Its just a bunch of dorks and nerds finding old wood and metal buried underground. Theres no gold, no silver, no treasure. Just a bunch of dorks spending millions of dollars to find nothing at all. How is this dumb show so popular?

  6. One of the worst Hollywood con job programs ever. Stop wasting your lives away watching this bull. Witness and learn something constructive and educational while you are still alive. Just so you know, it does not matter where you dig in this entire world, you're gonna find some kind of artifact. These program participants are not "performing" for free. They are being paid handsomely because of viewers' gullibility.

  7. The spot by the road clearly lines up with "the valve" on the old map NOT the hatch. Why do they show the opinions of these "experts" if they are going to completely ignore them in the very same episode?

  8. Narrator: A piece of wood? Wood that comes from trees. Trees that has roots that goes underground where the money pit is? Wood that treasure chest were made of? Could this mean tons of gold?!
