Seeing these games flop hard and companies suffer the consequences of their ignorance on what gamers truly want and enjoy makes me think the gaming industry has HOPE of being fixed in the west. Soon, companies that have passion for games will rise again so long as this trend continues. For now, let us continue to support Eastern game devs, they know what WE WANT!
