I have been binge watching everything "viking" for about 6 months now. It's the only genre left that hasn't been consumed by the "message". I'm sure that will change though. It's the only genre left with strong, straight, white male characters. I honestly can't tell one show or series from the rest. I'm not sure what series this video is referring to but I know I've watched it. I've watched so much viking stuff that I'm actually starting to believe in Valhalla.
Edit: Okay, now it's coming back to me. I remember this series. I could see the "woke" creeping into the story. Next season is sure to suck!
The anime Vinland Saga correctly showed more respect for King Edmund than this one ever did. The man was a warlord, why try to make him a joffrey clone?

When is season 2 coming?
This series was awful. So bad in fact its hard to watch. Race swapping characters was the end for me. Awful
If there were any africans among the Vikings, they were chattel.
Hollywood: Historical white characters needs to be raceswap to reflect modern times
Also Hollywood: Black history needs to been shown accurate
Its annoying when Hollywood tries to rewrite history and write out blacks were slaves, yet Hollywood still make films and TV shows about Black slaves.
