does anyone have a problem where changing graphic settings doesn't do anything ? no matter what i select game goes back to default and game looks horrible now
So from what I can tell thus far, the F117 is a piece of crap unless there's no semi-aware AA players, you're flying during a night battle or there are no enemy planes up lol
i love the look of the F-117 so much. The threatening angular stealth aesthetic is peak. i got to see one up close at a museum that was still being refurbished, they had to sandblast the stealth coating off because its highly toxic and a lot of delicate parts like the wings leading edges were destroyed in the process
Love how the call of duty calls fits so perfectly 😂 such a nostalgic feeling when hearing that…. and It's so weirdly satisfying to watch bombing like that 😁
And now I want to play Black Ops and the Modern Warfare Trilogy… which is not a bad thing, other than the fact that I don't have the original Modern Warfare, just 2 & 3…
It sucks because its warthunder. Stealth doesnt make you invisible. Usually you would be getting this close to SPAA with a stealth jet because they'd pick you up on radar. The radar profile is different depending on what part of the plane is facing the radar, and when youre this close it's going to pick up a lot of the bottom of the plane making it look large enough to be spotted. Also from top/bottom/rear stealth planes are not veyr stealthy. If they can see your exhaust a heat seaking missile is going to have no problem tracking you.
I as a Russian and like many other Eastern European players WANTED the F-117, and what do we get? Gaijin as always, added a unique technique, but uniqueness is not added, thank you!
F-117 made sense to drive only because of its paint, shape and special metal composition that made radars unable to find it, but Gaijin just didn't add that….
For good results (usually) I fly my F-117 at 17,000ft, 18,000ft is when con trails start. Lock a target that ISN'T ALREADY SURRONDED BY FRIENDLYS, Keep bomb bay CLOSED until seconds before your drop. OPEN, DROP, CLOSE, GTFO!

Can't lock a helicopter from 2km away but can lock this thing from 4km. Yup, this is totally working as intended.
