There was no good and bad in the first place.its our thoughts that can be good and evil.same thing happind to lucifer.there was no evil in heaven but Lucifer started thinking wrong things.
Before destruction goes pride. The devil wanted to set up a parallel government in besides the Kingdom of God. This same rebellious and prideful spirit still exists today around the earth convincing many to choose their own truth but not the truth of the Lord. The devil is in the earth moving through and through it seeking whom he may devour. Life and death is set before us, please I beg you CHOOSE LIFE IN CHRIST JESUS.

That war in heaven (Rev 12 sign) doesnt happen until the man child (the 144,000) are taken up to God, which happens at the halfway point of Israel's 70th week (Rev 14) as the mark of the beast is being implemented. Today, the devils are still part of the principalities and powers.
