Damage increase on 400 int is compared to using that 400 with a t2 int conversion gem compared to a 300 int build without a conversion gem. It isnt exact!
Have you tested any mage perks after patch? Rumor has it that empowered fireball and unending thaw work now. I've even heard aoe damage stacking is back. Also allegedly refreshing PoF doesn't work now. I may test them tonight but was hoping others tested these things again recently
Also what you think about VG/LS?
Is there a sweet spot for the "lower gear score on lighter weight armor"? What if I have 600gs heavy helm, 600 gs heavy chest, and then reat is medium/light 200 gs armor? I'm guessing like you suggested, lvl 53 faction armor is good? 490 or whatever gs?
